ABC Day Nurseries

ABC Day Nursery Hollinswood is situated within the grounds of Hollinswood Infant School, offering professional day care on a full and part time basis for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

We also offer an After School club for children aged 5 to 11 years called 'Hollies'.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday from 7.45 a.m to 6.00 p.m for 51 weeks a year, closing for a week at Christmas and all Public holidays. All these dates are on the nursery calendar which is produced at the beginning of the year.

Our objectives are to:

• Provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age

• In partnership with parents, to help children to learn and develop

• Add to the life and well-being of the local community

• Offer children and their parents a service that promotes equality and values diversity.

ABC Day Nursery Hollinswood strives to create an atmosphere and environment where children feel relaxed, safe, warm and loved. Where they will learn and develop through playing and sharing, in an environment that is warm and friendly and run by experienced staff.

ABC Day Nursery Hollinswood achieved an OUTSTANDING grade by OFSTED in the last inspection which was carried out in July 2009; this report is available to parents in the nursery or by visiting the OFSTED website (see OFSTED poge in the site menu).
